Introduction

The /from_kesk/ side of the SFTP server is where Kesk puts files for you to collect. Besides the processing reports, it has three export folders:

As of 2026-09-17 no exports are generated. The three folders exist and are always empty: the export job is written, but nothing runs it, so there is no schedule to document and no file to collect (backend#904). Until that changes, read invoices with the invoices query on the Enterprise API.

The rest of this page describes the files the export job is written to produce, so an integration can be built against the format. Treat the details as subject to change until exports are running.

  • The date in the name is the UTC date the file was written.
  • Each file is a full snapshot, not an increment. It holds every row for your enterprise, not just the rows since the previous file, so collect the latest file rather than combining several.
  • Rows are ordered newest first.
  • A second export on the same UTC day replaces that day's file.
  • Each file has a header row, and fields are quoted only where needed.
  • Timestamps carry no timezone designator.
